I've spent over 20 years mastering what makes organizations and people perform at their highest level. I've battle-tested this approach across military operations, classrooms, and hospital systems. I hold dual master's degrees in Healthcare Administration and Public Health from the University of Utah, am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and have directed transformations at Emory Healthcare, Grady Health System, Fresenius Medical Care, and University of Utah Health.
