About Me

I've spent over 20 years mastering what makes organizations and people perform at their highest level. Whether leading high-stakes intelligence operations in the U.S. Army, or facilitating multi-million-dollar healthcare transformations, here's what I've learned: Technical excellence isn't the problem.

I treat leadership development like an operational challenge—because it is one. My methodology combines improvement science (Lean, Six Sigma) with evidence-based leadership practices to create systematic solutions for the messy, human problems that derail even the best technical leaders.

I've battle-tested this approach across military operations, classrooms, and hospital systems. I hold dual master's degrees in Healthcare Administration and Public Health from the University of Utah, am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and have directed transformations at Emory Healthcare, Grady Health System, Fresenius Medical Care, and University of Utah Health.
